Job Details

Is your background a fit?
*

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field from an accredited university, Master's is a plus!
*

5+ years of accounting experience or bank related experience specific to internal audit
*

CPA or CIA is a plus!
*

Advanced Excel skills with an emphasis on financial modeling
*

Minimum 3.5 GPA with high SAT/ACT scores (will need to be verified with transcripts)
*

Entrepreneurial spirit and great attitude
*

Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week (8-6 schedule, M-F fully onsite, non-negotiable)

What will you be doing?
*

Coordinate audits conducted by external parties, noting audit exceptions, remedy plans, and tracking them to completion
*

Prepare audit documentation
*

Compile and evaluate internal controls, identifying risks and testing processes
*

Communicate and present audit findings/ recommendations
*

Assist in bank compliance functions
