Compensation: $18.00 to $32.00 Per Flat Rate Hr. | Experience-based

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Weekends Off!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform multi-point inspections and all phases of vehicle reconditioning
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain pre-owned inventory to dealership standards
• Collaborate closely with service advisors and sales teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay current with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• ASE Accredited Preferred But Not Required
• All skill levels considered
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
