The Internal Communications Analyst will lead and support corporate and enterprise communications initiatives that drive clarity, alignment and colleague engagement across Marsh. While the primary focus of this role is corporate-level communications—executive messaging and enterprise programs—the role also offers the opportunity to work across the Marsh Internal Communications Center of Excellence (CoE) on strategic projects across businesses and functions.

This role provides a chance to contribute meaningfully to Marsh’s communications efforts, supporting the company’s strategy and vision through clear and engaging internal messaging.

Please note: This position requires working from our New York City office at least three days per week

Responsibilities:

• Writes, edits, and proofreads a range of colleague communications, newsletters, and informational materials for internal distribution.

• Leverages SharePoint, Dynamics, Navori, Adobe Creative, Viva Engage and other internal tools to create and publish content on communication channels (Intranet, newsletters, email, digital screens, etc.), to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and availability of priority content.

• Contributes to the planning and delivery of internal communication plans, to help support the execution of company strategies and increase colleague engagement.

• Analyzes metrics to measure communication effectiveness.

• Supports planning and execution of town halls (all-colleague, regional, local), including reporting on registration numbers and Q&A.

• Coordinates tracking and reporting of communications and channels to build appropriate audience profiles and future plans.

• Owns database and calendar management for corporate and enterprise initiatives.

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,500 to $115,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
