The position plays a critical role during moments of change, growth, and transformation, helping leaders connect with clarity, confidence, and care.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Lead organization\u2011wide communication strategy for TPG priorities, initiatives, and global business updates\n * Build and execute communication for reorganizations, leadership changes, and major transitions, including messaging frameworks, cascades, and leader materials\n * Partner with senior leaders to shape narratives, meeting structures, and communication cadences that drive clarity and alignment\n * Drive communication for global All\u2011Team meetings, hybrid events, and engagement programs that scale across regions and sites\n * Collaborate with Corporate Communications, HR, and operations to align messaging and strengthen communication standards across TPG\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent practical experience\n * 5 years of experience in strategic, internal, or executive communications within large, global organizations\n * Proven experience advising senior leaders on narrative, messaging, and change communication\n * Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex or technical topics for broad audiences\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience supporting technology, engineering, R\u0026D, or manufacturing\u2011driven organizations\n * Proven track record leading communications for reorganizations, leadership transitions, or large\u2011scale programs\n * Experience crafting communication for global, hybrid, or multi\u2011site organizations\n * Excellent judgment handling sensitive, confidential, or high\u2011risk communications\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nInternal Comm Specialist P4 - Internal Comm Specialist P5\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
