Position Overview:
Our E-Commerce Sales Specialists handle various tasks to contribute greatly to sales growth and overall business development. This role is integral to all aspects of the business and includes a diverse mix of day-to-day responsibilities. Responsibilities include providing thorough and helpful customer service through phone, online chat, email, and in-person methods, fostering sales leads, managing customer orders, and tracking performance in line with sales goals.
This role offers ample opportunities for e-commerce career development, including learning the management of product information/product listings and identifying emerging e-commerce trends in the appliance and home improvement space. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage and prioritize responsibilities and work collaboratively with other team members to reach sales goals. Many candidates will often apply the knowledge learned in this position to later achieve positions in Management, Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
