We are excited to announce an internal job posting for the position of Account Manager within our dynamic Sales team!
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join the Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of our clients' needs and how our services can meet them.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and/or Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven to be a good performer in current position
- Good attendance, displays our Core Values
- No disciplinary actions/Performance improvement plan within the last 6 months
