This role offers a generous compensation package of $200,000-$300,000 annually, with flexible scheduling and no on-call requirements.

Position Overview

As a key member of our multi-specialty team, you'll deliver comprehensive primary care services in a modern, well-supported outpatient setting. This role combines clinical excellence with work-life balance, offering Monday-Friday scheduling with part-time or full-time options.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and healthcare team members
• Maintain detailed electronic medical records and documentation
• Lead patient education initiatives and preventive care programs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health management
• Supervise clinical support staff and contribute to team development

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
• Current New York State RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Current BLS certification
• Proven experience in outpatient primary care
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
• Excellence in patient communication and care coordination
