Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing team of healthcare professionals. This full-time position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment with no on-call responsibilities, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for internal medicine and a desire to provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems.
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in internal medicine and integrate best practices into patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $310,000 guaranteed
• Incentives: Productivity-based bonuses available
• Loan Repayment: Eligible for National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs
• Signing Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Generous packages offered

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, permanent position
• No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri
• Proficiency or interest in robotic-assisted surgery using the da Vinci Xi system (preferred but not required)
