Compensation: $300K+/ year. Negotiable 

$100,000 Loan Repayment

With offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento, we are seeking a compassionate and driven Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history, exam, and diagnostic results.
• Coordinate with in-house specialists and external providers for advanced care needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation via EMR and ensure timely follow-up.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
   

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine
• Clear/ Active California medical licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
