Internal Medicine Physician - Delray Beach

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Primary Care Physician opportunity in Delray Beach. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IM or FM physician looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule, strong clinical support, and a competitive compensation structure with long-term earning potential.

  Board Status: Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible may be considered if taking boards soon

  Patient Demographic: Primarily geriatric — approximately 70% age 65+ and 30% age 18+. There will not be many younger patients; the population is mostly older adults.

  Patient Load: 20–25 patients per day

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  
  


• 
  

  Call: No call

  
  


• 
  

  Saturdays: No Saturdays

  
  


• 
  

  Support: Full support staff, including dedicated MAs and additional office staff

  
  

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• 
  

  Compensation: $250K–$300K

  
  


• 
  

  1st Year: Productivity Bonus

  
  


• 
  

  2nd Year: Revenue Share — physician receives 45% of net revenue

  
  


• 
  

  Year 2+: Shared Savings opportunity
