INTERNAL ONLY - IT Specialist Supervisor

General Summary:

Assists with overseeing design and growth planning for company networks, including setup, configuration, installations, upgrades, and maintenance for routers and network equipment. Provides all levels of technical support for the company, including developing security standards, procedures, and guidelines. Performs network system administration and network monitoring. Supervises, coordinates, and assigns work to ensure department goals and customer needs are met. Oversees internet, network, computers, and software for the company. 

Assists IT Specialist Manager with overseeing the installation and maintenance of all Central Office facilities, associated equipment, and software.
