Internal Recruiter

Company Overview:

Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit BCAs using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media
• Manage the entire recruiting process: screening, scheduling, follow-up, and onboarding
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to meet staffing needs
• Represent the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly motivated, energetic, and comfortable working with goals and targets
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms

$50K-$60K+Commison
