Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Lead/Account Manager located in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. You will promote and sell MRM Dental Lab's products and services to dental offices and laboratories by phone and email.
The Inside Sales Lead will also be responsible for:
- Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage leads.
- Implementation of telephone and email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain engagement with potential customers.
- Appointment scheduling for dental office sales meetings.
- Account Management for sales growth.
Paid Time Off and Benefits:
- 10 days (80 Hours) - Vacation/PTO awarded on December 12th every year (Starting 1 year after date of Hire)
*Company pays out any unused PTO time on December 11th (Max of 40 hours)
- 5 Days (40 Hours) Sick Time available after 120 days of Employment
- Paid Holidays after 90 Days of Employment
