Summary:
onePOS, a leading provider of innovative restaurant POS solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our Orlando team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about technology in the hospitality sector, with a focus on driving sales and fostering client relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Business Development:
- Facilitate inbound sales opportunities through phone, email, and support inquiries.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities through knowledge of our existing customer base, networking, and social media within the restaurant industry.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of potential clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
Product Expertise:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of onePOS products, features, and benefits.
- Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how onePOS meets their specific needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Sales Targets:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
Collaboration & Feedback:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on opportunity generation strategies.
- Provide insights to the product development team regarding customer feedback and market trends.+
Billing and Invoicing
- Work with Business Manager to ensure all billing and invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
- Work with sales team to support the boarding of new customers.
- Assist Business Manager with inventory control and purchasing as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- 2+ years of experience in internal sales, preferably in the restaurant POS industry or related technology field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High school Diploma or GED
Skills:
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
