The Internal Service Advisor is responsible for managing the reconditioning process of preowned vehicles and ensuring vehicles are prepared for sale in accordance with company and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Repair Orders with detailed cost, labor and repair time estimates and review with the appropriate manager


• Coordinate with Service, Parts and/or third-party vendors to schedule and execute repairs and/or services


• Follow the progress of vehicles through service to ensure days-to-market requirements are met.


• Thorough and timely communication and follow up with management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $28 - $30 / per hour. This position is also eligible for hourly compensation up to an additional $16 per hour based on performance.
