Internal Service Advisor
We are adding to our Internal Advisors Team
Job Responsibilities:
As an Internal Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between sales and service. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless flow of communication across departments.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
- The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid in-state driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor.
- Dispatch the work in a timely manner
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
- Update the customers on the status of their vehicles
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Ensure that the invoices are closed in a timely manner
