Internal Service Advisor (Rare opening)

Position Overview

Porsche Huntington is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience, coordinating service needs efficiently, and ensuring inventory vehicles are maintained and prepared to meet delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  Provide exceptional customer service at all times, including handling challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.

  Demonstrate strong organization skills to manage repair orders, documentation, and deadlines effectively.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure inventory vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with factory guidelines, and ready for delivery on schedule.

  Clearly communicate with customers, technicians, and managers to ensure a seamless service process.

  Assist in scheduling, tracking repairs, and maintaining accurate service records.

  Support the department by working Saturdays as part of the schedule.
