We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Service Support Professional ready to make a positive impact on our Service team! 

Role & Responsibilities:

 Service Daily Priority  

• Service Department first point of contact (Calls) 
• Roller Management 
• Returns 
• Inspection of returns 
• Parts/Service Estimates and orders 
• Reports (Backorders & Open orders) 
• Consignment orders 
• Consignment audits 
• Parts research for live parts orders – backup 
• Service costing – backup 
• Service scheduling - backup 
• Maintain Team site (parts diagrams, manuals etc) 
• Inventory maintenance (safety stock levels etc) 
• Job orders  
• Support and uphold the Nobelus Product Safety Program by following procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work environment to ensure product integrity and customer safety 

Schedule: 8AM-5PM

Pay: $26-31/hour

POTENTIAL TO EARN MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUSES!

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Previous experience as a Technical Analyst or other related fields 
• Familiarity with laminating machines, film and laminate products a plus but not required 

Knowledge & Abilities

• Ability to work well within a team or individually. 
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills 
• Good work ethic and follow up skills 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 
• Ability to learn new software 
• Process Improvement abilities 
• Ability to multitask

Physical Requirements: 

•  It is common that this role will require lifting up to 50 pounds and periodically standing/walking for long periods of time.
