(Internal)53 Loader Operator/Plant Maintenance

JOB PURPOSE: 

Responsible for feeding our asphalt plant with rock in sufficient quantities to keep the plant running continuously.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate loader and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner


• Maintain the loader by performing pre- and post-trip inspections and performing minor maintenance


• Shoveling, use of hand tools, and other labor duties as assigned


• Assist Asphalt Plant Manager with plant maintenance as needed


• Assist in other pit work as required when not loading the plant


• Other tasks assigned by the Aggregate Operations Manager
