Job Description - Internal/External Business Requirements Coordinator

Adept Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Internal/External Business Requirements Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Established in 1994, we have built a reputation for providing exceptional IT consulting services while maintaining a strong client-centric approach. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing business requirements from both internal teams and external clients. You will engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business needs and translate them into clearly defined requirements. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects align with both company strategy and customer expectations while maintaining proper documentation and communication throughout the project life cycle.

You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project objectives and deliverables. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements coordination within an IT consulting or project management environment.
  • Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project life cycles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, conduct workshops, and present findings in both written and verbal formats.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements specifications, project charters, and status reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT consulting practices and project management tools.
  • Experience working in the insurance or healthcare industries is a plus.
