Job Description - Internal/Recon Service Advisor

Responsibilities

Provide a luxury customer experience at all times.

Manage repair orders through the reconditioning process.

Take ownership of the repair orders from start to finish.

Manage accurate estimates for approval..Maintain paperwork in a professional manner.

Ensure used cars are moving through the recon process efficiently.

Distribute work between the detail crew.

Answer questions about vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.

Keep a good relationship with vendors.

Be sure accurate purchase orders are created and attached to the repair order.

Maintain parking lot for new and used cars in the internal repair process.

Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.

Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.

Qualifications

Organized and friendly personality

Demonstrated ability to manage others

Time management skills

Fantastic communication skills with your customers

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Consistent record of service and sales success

Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

Team oriented and self-motivated

Able to work with little supervision

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Experience using DMS systems such as CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, or Tekion.
