International HR Business Partner

For our client EuroDev, we are looking for a HR Business Partner who wants to grow in an international role. 

At EuroDev, they empower North American companies to successfully expand into the European market. With a vibrant team of 75 employees representing over 25 nationalities, they cultivate an open, dynamic, and ambitious work environment in our modern offices located in Belgrade and Almelo.

We're seeking an enthusiastic international HR business partner ready to embrace the next chapter by joining our expanding HRO team. Within HRO, you'll have the opportunity to deliver top -tier employer services to our esteemed clients in North America, while refining your expertise and becoming a valued member of our diverse and international community.

YOUR ROLE

• HR Business Partner for our US clients
  
• Trusted HR consultant for employees in Europe
  
• Oversee onboarding between clients and employees/employee HR administration
  
• Handle regulatory compliance, compensation, and benefits
  
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, external and internal legal and financial partners
  
• ​Collaborating closely with colleagues and transitioning into an independent senior role
  

YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of professional experience, with 2 years in relevant HR or Legal roles
  
• Experience in working within a multicultural English -speaking work environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and process -oriented mindset
  
• Preference to work independently, proactively, and hands -on
  
• Desire to learn and develop your knowledge European -wide
