Job Description:
It is the Marketing and Sales Strategy team’s mission to provide support to International teams across EMEA, Canada, Latin America and APAC to deliver maximum profitability for domestic Disney Parks and Disney Signature Experiences.
This highly visible role has significant strategic responsibility supporting Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Disney Cruise Line.
Along with managing delivery of marketing and sales programs, you will help foster an energizing culture of excellence, encouragement and ownership.

You will partner with areas such as Marketing and Sales Strategy, creative agencies, Public Relations, Media, Promotions, CRM, plus maintain integration points with the business and operation.
As the International Marketing and Sales Strategy Manager, you will report to the International Marketing Strategy Director.
Role Responsibilities:
Work with marketing and sales teams in EMEA, Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific
Lead management of Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Integrated Communication story building across all lines of business
Lead numerous projects simultaneously, working with partners from various disciplines and across multiple markets and time zones
Act as subject matter expert for all brand updates and new product introductions, providing international teams with marketing guidelines and guardrails and organizing all Marketing the Magic events for International
Seek out integration and best practice sharing opportunities across markets
Act as the subject matter expert for AI for International marketing and sales
Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external senior management
Act as the international liaison across WDW, DCL and DLR, maintaining solid relationships with domestic marketing teams to help with communication and collaboration and be seen as an extension of their teams
Manage budgets, accurately achieving quarterly and annual forecasts
Lead all travel industry marketing initiatives for international audiences
Review marketing and sales creative to ensure they comply with brand guidelines
Support all APAC teams with select sales collateral/tactics (brochures, calendars, maps, online banners, videos, website content, photo shoots, etc.)
Act as the key contact for all Destination Marketing Organizations (e.g. Visit Orlando, Visit California, Brand USA)
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of Consumer Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Marketing Communications or related experience
Ability to develop strategic input, business cases and Integrated Communication Plans
Superior ability to create and present compelling presentations for executive audiences under tight timelines
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management with strong financial acumen to decipher complex business models
Ability to build trust, influence others, and navigate ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with superior attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to interpret data analyses and determine strategies and business opportunities from research and consumer insight
An entrepreneurial spirit driving innovative ideas and challenging the status quo
Strong oral and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position based in Celebration, FL is $110,000-$147,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
