Job Description - Internet Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads via email, phone, video and chat

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process

  • Schedule appointments for test drives and in-store visits

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system

  • Follow up with leads regularly to build relationships and close sales

  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction process

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and digital sales tools


Qualifications:



  • Prior automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred, but not required

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but also not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools

  • Strong follow-up and organizational abilities

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
