Job Summary:

This will be a full-time position. The Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for generating and nurturing leads to support the dealership’s sales and service goals. This role involves proactive communication with potential and existing customers through phone, email, and text to set appointments, follow up on inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first contact.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is a plus


• Automotive industry experience is a strong advantage, but not required


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• strong organizational and time management skills


• comfortable using CRM systems, internet tools, and phone systems


• positive attitude and strong work ethic


• ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required


• Valid Driver's License Required

  Answer customer calls

  establish follow-ups with sales appointments.

  Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries

  Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.

  Present initial financing options based on customer needs.

  Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.

  Keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
