Job Description - Internet Sales Consultant



 **About the Role**
We’re looking for a **modern Internet Sales Consultant** who thrives in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment. This role is perfect for someone who is **comfortable on camera**, loves connecting with customers through **video**, and follows a **proven sales process** from lead to delivery.


If you’re a **self‑starter**, detail‑oriented, and driven to win, you’ll feel right at home here.


 **What You’ll Do**
- Respond quickly to online leads using **video, text, email, and phone** 
- Create short, engaging **vehicle walk‑around videos** and personalized intro videos 
- Guide customers through the **entire buying journey** — from first contact to delivery 
- Follow a structured **lead management process** to maximize appointments and sales 
- Maintain accurate notes and follow‑ups in CRM 
- Build trust and rapport through transparency, communication, and consistency 
- Work closely with sales managers to structure deals and deliver exceptional experiences 


**Requirements**
- Experience in automotive, retail, or digital sales preferred 
- Strong video communication skills (smartphone proficiency is enough) 
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow a structured cadence 
- Strong written and verbal communication 
- Valid driver’s license
