Internet Sales Consultant

Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Greensboro, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 80 stores and over 100 brands, is currently looking for Internet Sales Consultants!

Job Responsibilities

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Selling Process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Answer internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
• Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients
• Confirm appointments
• Test drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals and cradle to grave style

Job Qualifications

• Motivation to be Successful
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills (E-Leads, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience a Must
• Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!
