Timberland Ford is looking for an Automotive Internet Sales Consultant to join our new car sales team!  The right person will have experience selling, and must love working with people.

 Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages

  Build rapport with customers through email, phone, and text communication

  
  


• 
  

  Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain CRM records with accurate and detailed notes

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up on unsold leads and develop long-term customer relationships

  
  


• 
  

  Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and conversions

  
  

 Sales Consultant Requirements:

• 
  

  Prior internet or automotive sales experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong computer and CRM proficiency

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor

  Highly organized and self-motivated

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
