Internet Sales Consultant (Dealership Experience Required)

Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, responsive, customer-focused, and motivated to earn. You’ll work with a strong volume of internet leads and have the opportunity to build relationships with customers from their first online inquiry through the purchase process.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads through phone, text, email, and other communication channels


• Follow up consistently with customers and identify their vehicle needs


• Set appointments and work to convert leads into showroom visits and sales


• Build rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience


• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up within our CRM


• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience


• Follow up with previous customers and unsold leads to generate additional opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive or internet sales experience required


• Strong communication and follow-up skills


• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email


• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented


• Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized


• Positive attitude and professional demeanor


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
