Responsibilities Include:

• Answer all incoming calls, texts, chats and email requests regarding sales of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Attentive to customers' wants and needs and work with them accordingly to set appointments for proper vehicle demonstration
• Utilize customer management software to better serve our customers
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with teammates and dealership management.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet daily goals

• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
