What You'll Do

As the Internet Sales Director, you’ll lead the people, processes, strategy, and performance of our Internet Sales operation.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Internet Sales team.
• Drive lead conversion, appointments, showroom traffic, and vehicle sales.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability around lead management and follow-up.
• Monitor CRM activity and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Analyze conversion rates, appointment performance, closing ratios, and overall department performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Partner with Sales, F&I, Marketing, and dealership leadership to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute processes and action plans that support continued growth.
• Build a culture centered on accountability, development, customer experience, and results.

What You'll Bring

• Proven automotive Internet Sales, BDC, e-commerce, or Sales leadership experience within a franchise dealership.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of automotive CRM, digital lead management, and sales processes.
• Experience driving lead conversion, appointments, closing ratios, and sales performance.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team-development skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate opportunities into action.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
