Job Description - Internet Sales Manager




Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for digital strategy and customer engagement? We’re looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales operations to new heights 

 


The Internet Sales Manager is an energetic professional who successfully delivers on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. The Internet Sales Manager leads a team of Internet Sales Consultants in selling vehicles and products online to meet and exceed volume and profitability objectives.  The Internet Sales Manager also performs online sales activities and is responsible for informing clients, promoting the company on the web, making sure sales goals are attained, preparing the sales budget, and liaising with stakeholders on the Internet




Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly rate, plus commissions.  Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected average annual earning in this position are $60,000 to $120,000.

Responsibilities




    • To meet and try to surpass the monthly sales target and earn maximum profit margins for the organization.



    • To guide, instruct and give directions to all the sales team personnel and assist in organizing all the sales activities of the internet sales department.

    • To understand the target audience and explain the use and operation of that particular product.

    • To select the products, merchandise as per the demands of the customers and to answer all the queries that are being raised by them.

    • To assist the internet salespeople in various customer interactions and make sure that the customer satisfaction is enhanced during the entire purchasing experience.

    • To coordinate and implement the best practices to ensure effective sales approach and assist the sales team personnel in closing sales whenever needed.

    • Recruiting, employing, developing, maintaining, and effectively scheduling a trained and productive staff capable of achieving or exceeding sales, profit and client satisfaction goals and objectives.

    • Leading, directing, and motivating staff to achieve or exceed individual and group performance goals and objectives, resolving differences and sustaining a harmonious workplace environment.



    • Establishes monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.

    • Fostering cohesive interdepartmental and factory relationships that contribute to overall dealership goals and objectives.

    • Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction.

    • Continually monitoring practices for compliance with all policies; procedures; and applicable legal requirements; responding promptly to noncompliance

    • Maintains a professional appearance.

    • Attends managers’ meetings as requested. 




Qualifications




    • Experience in Dealership Sales & Management qualities

    • Competency in establishing client financing

    • Ability to motivate & train an effective sales team

    • Professional person appearing & punctual



    • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

    • Valid CA Driver’s License and a clean driving record

    • Understands & follows posted dealership policies & procedures

    • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 year college degree in Business or related field (preferred)
