CMA’s Subaru of Winchester is seeking a driven and highly motivated Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales and marketing efforts. The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the dealership's online presence, driving internet sales leads, and converting those leads into customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is critical in ensuring our digital channels effectively support the overall sales process and growth of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, increase online traffic, and drive customer engagement.
· Respond promptly to all internet-generated leads, ensuring timely follow-up and providing accurate product information.
· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead hand-off and follow-up processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience from online inquiry to in-store visit.
· Monitor online inventory listings, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date vehicle information, and compelling descriptions and photos to attract potential buyers.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging email campaigns, promotions, and social media content that drive customer interest.
