At Premium Choice Broadband, we’re committed to delivering reliable, high-speed internet service across Maine. As our team grows, we're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Internet Sales Representative to help guide potential customers through our internet service options—all from our local office in Bangor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and web

? Help customers understand our internet packages and choose the best fit

? Walk customers through the sign-up and installation process

? Record customer interactions and follow-ups in our internal system

? Work closely with a small, supportive sales and service team
 

What We’re Looking For:

? Experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required

? Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude

? Comfort using computers, basic software, and phone systems

? Reliable, organized, and eager to learn

? High school diploma or equivalent required
