Internet Sales Representative

Porsche White Plains is hiring an Internet Sales Representative to be the point of contact for online inquiries and lead generation. Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries


• Schedule and follow up on sales appointments


• Provide initial product and financing information


• Use CRM daily to track leads and customer engagement


• Follow up on no-shows and longer-term leads


• Participate in staff meetings, training, and educational classes

We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and inquiries


• Creative problem-solver with a positive attitude


• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  


• Must be a team player
