Internet Sales/BDC Representative

Chapman Chevrolet GMC Yuma is hiring an Internet Sales/BDC Representative to join our team. We’re looking to add a reliable and motivated individual! Experience preferred, but not required; we will train the right candidate!

What You’ll Do

• Respond to incoming internet leads (customer inquiries about vehicles in our inventory)

• Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with questions

• Reach out to customers via phone, text, and email

• Set appointments for the sales team

• Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience

• Maintain accurate records in our system

• Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays
• Bilingual is a strong plus
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Rotating Shifts: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm, 11am-8pm, Saturday hours vary between 8am-8pm
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
• Onsite role at Chapman Chevrolet GMC Yuma
