Automotive BDC Representative

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and experienced Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team.

IMPORTANT: Previous working experience with VinSolutions CRM is REQUIRED for this position.

This position is responsible for connecting with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle and turning those opportunities into quality showroom appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

  Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone leads

  Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up consistently with unsold customers and previous opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule, confirm, and manage sales appointments

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate customer notes, tasks, and follow-up activity in VinSolutions CRM

  
  


• 
  

  Properly manage leads and customer activity within VinSolutions

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with Sales Managers and the sales team

  
  


• 
  

  Re-engage customers who have stopped responding

  
  


• 
  

  Help create a professional and welcoming customer experience before the customer ever enters the dealership

  
  


• 
  

  Meet individual and department goals for appointments, shows, and sold customers

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Must have previous working experience with VinSolutions CRM

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and phone skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and customer contacts

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to communicate professionally through phone, text, and email

  
  


• 
  

  Organized and able to manage multiple customers, leads, and follow-up tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Coachable and willing to follow dealership processes

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced automotive environment

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive BDC, internet sales, automotive sales, call center, or similar customer-facing experience preferred
