Dean Team VW Kirkwood  is looking for an energetic Internet/BDC Sales Manager

As BDC Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing internet staff & monitoring leads that come in for New and Pre-Owned vehicles.

You will direct the staff to follow up the leads with phone calls and emails to make sure our future customers have all the information they need to make the purchase.

Every day you will meet with the Sales Managers to update them on the status of all prospects.

Follow up and organization is a key part of this position.
We get an average of 600 leads per month and we need to keep track of all of them.

Month end reporting will include ROI on sales leads, Salesperson efficiency and closing ratios.

Computer knowledge, good attitude and a professional phone voice is preferred.
