DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients.

Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory work.

Coordinate patient care with support staff and document in Epic.
