PATIENT INFORMATION

Average Daily Volume: 15 patients/day
Admissions: 1 -2
Rounding: Assigned Patients
Phone Consults: 6 -8 (with only about 1 -2 needing immediate response)

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: Athena/Medhost
Support Staff: 2 MAs, 1 APP, 1 Office Staff

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC
Licenses: TX or IMLC
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Fellowship: Preferred
