Temporary Privileges Available: No

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC required (Eligible)
Licenses: Active California License
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, FLURO
Experience: Minimum 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
Other Qualifications: Nuclear cardiology reading proficiency, Epic EMR proficiency

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide interventional cardiology procedures (e.g., angioplasty, stenting).
Perform noninvasive cardiology evaluations and consultations.
Read and interpret nuclear cardiology studies (e.g., Cardiolyte, Thallium).
Provide 24 -hour beeper call coverage for cardiology emergencies.
Manage inpatient cardiology consults and admissions.
