Average Daily Volume: 8
Case Mix: Ortho, Gyn, Urology

FACILITY INFORMATION

Trauma Level: Level I
Support Staff Available: Manager, 2 APPs

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Angioplasty
Stent placement
Embolization
Needle biopsy
Thrombolysis
UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (Required)
Licenses: Active MI Medical License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Other Qualifications: Local provider preferred; Clean malpractice & license history; NPDB self-query required
