Interview Scheduling Coordinator - Join a Leading Company

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Candidate Interview Scheduler to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the interview process for prospective candidates applying for positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and will have excellent communication skills.On-site in Richardson, TXiCims experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers using Outlook calendar.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process regarding interview details, providing timely and professional communication on location logistics and interview expectations.
• Ensure interviews are scheduled correctly and accurately.
• Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts or challenges and propose creative solutions to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Assist with the coordination of virtual interviews, providing technical support and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure seamless execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the interview scheduling process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information and communications.
