Job Description - Inventory Analyst / Storekeeper

This person would handle the physical work and data cleanup.

Required Experience

Physical inventory counts

Receiving and stocking processes

Labeling and bin location management

Barcode systems

Excel inventory tracking

Data entry accuracy

CMMS transaction processing

Root cause investigation of inventory discrepancies

Just a suggestion that the ideal candidates might have:

5+ years managing industrial maintenance storerooms

Experience organizing SKU inventories

CMMS experience (SAP PM, Fiix, etc.)

Strong inventory auditing and cycle count experience

Spare parts criticality analysis expertise

Warehouse optimization and slotting experience

Purchasing and supplier management experience

Lean/5S implementation experience

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Barcode and/or inventory control systems experience

Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

Suggested Project Deliverables for the 13 Weeks

Complete physical inventory count and reconciliation.

Critical spare parts list by asset.

Standardized part descriptions and numbering.

Aisle/rack/shelf/bin location system.

Barcode, QR code labeling system, and/or inventory control systems experience.

Min/Max levels for all active inventory.

ABC criticality classification.

Dead-stock and obsolete inventory report.

CMMS inventory database cleanup.

Receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle count procedures.

Training documentation for plant personnel.

Sustained cycle count program.
