Distribute parts and supplies to internal teams

Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits

          Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

          Inventory Systems & Accuracy:

Process receipts, issues, and transfers within SAP or inventory systems

Maintain accurate inventory records, item setup, and stock levels

Assist with vendor and item setup, including required documentation

          Invoice & Cost Tracking Support:

Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts

Work with vendors and accounting to resolve discrepancies

Support job costing and proper expense allocation

          Organization, Compliance & Safety:

Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas

Manage obsolete or excess inventory in coordination with vendors

Ensure compliance with safety standards and SDS documentation

          Operational Support:

Track materials for barn construction and project work

Support budgeting and material cost tracking

Perform additional duties as needed to support operations

          Additional Duties:

Perform other responsibilities as needed to support operations and team success.

What You’ll Need

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of inventory control, purchasing, material handling, or related operational experience required.

Systems & Technical Skills: Experience with SAP and inventory systems strongly preferred; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting and financial tracking experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; effective communication and problem-solving skills; hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented work style.
