Inventory & Distribution Coordinator – Full-Time

Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and high-performing Inventory & Distribution Coordinator to support last mile delivery, storage operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and execute timely deliveries. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a desire for structured work, and the ability to think ahead in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, transporting, and unloading packages at our warehouse (Sprinter van or small box truck)

• Sort and process inbound/outbound inventory

• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records

• Pull parts, label, palletize, and prepare shipments and deliveries

• Utilize computer systems for data entry and inventory management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

• Comfortable working independently and problem-solving on the go

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1 year of experience in inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse roles (preferred)

• 1 year of experience driving a Sprinter van or small box truck (preferred)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)

• Reliable daily transportation between work sites
