Inventory and Media Specialist

Overview of position responsibilities:

• Complete all vehicle photos and on-vehicle merchandising in a timely fashion


• Assist, as directed, in any vehicle descriptions or auditing for vehicle feeds to be uploaded to the company website or various 3^rd party listing websites 


• Audit on-vehicle merchandising inventory monthly 


• Maintain and request all other supplies involved in on-lot vehicle marketing


• Store, maintain and operate all equipment safely (any dealership camera/equipment usage requires all straps/lanyards, harnesses, and security mounts to always be used)


• As directed, maintain our on-lot inventory presentation and vehicle health
  
  
  
  1. Arrange vehicles for maximum on-lot presentation and marketing
  
  
  2. Manage a schedule of vehicle starts, battery health, tire pressures, fuel levels
  
  
  3. Audit on-lot vehicles for any issues that would hinder optimal presentation
  
  
  
  


• Perform any other duties as required by management, including but not limited to errands, transportation, events, campaigns, etc. 

Requirements:

• Applicants must provide a clean Motor Vehicle Record report, pass pre-employment screening, and must be eligible for our policy coverage


• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs.


• Able to confidently drive, move and park a range of vehicle types in limited space


• Computer and technology literacy with excellent communication skills


• Have a strong work ethic, verified through references
