Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our dynamic used car operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient coordination between drivers, auctions, dealerships, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating driver schedules for auction pickups, store deliveries, and DX (dealer exchange) activities.
• Title Management: Handle titles for wholesale and purchases, including picking up titles and checks from auctions and delivering them to the appropriate departments.
• Inventory Support: Aid the used car center in stocking vehicles, managing deliveries, and facilitating inventory moves between locations.
• Buyer Assistance: Support buyers with day-to-day functions.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in automotive inventory or logistics is a plus.
