Warehouse Full-Time Fulfillment Specialists, AKA Detail Gurus, scout out product requested to ship for customers. They oversee quality of product inspection, verify accurate shipments and complete efficient turnaround of all customer orders. They have a personal love of fashion, strong attention to detail and know what needs to get done in a timely and accurate manner. They also have strong computer skills. Fulfillment Specialists work well alone, but seamlessly transition to working in a strong group atmosphere. 

Fulfillment Specialists follow direction well but also have the ability to delegate tasks, when needed. This is a full-time position, requiring both Evenings/Weekends and Daytime Shifts Monday-Friday.

Role Expectations:

• Pick and ship items
• Wrap neatly, ensuring that you have the same number of items on the packing slip that you have in the pile being wrapped and that your shipping label matches with the address on the packing slip.
• Confidently navigate and problem solve within Veeqo. 
• Proficient with all aspects of pulling, shipping and wrapping 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ensure product is undamaged before shipping. 
• If an error occurs, use the resources provided to find a solution 
• Time management is vital for the success of this job. Display efficient work habits within the time scheduled. Prioritize tasks strategically and keep a strong, quick physical pace. Be driven to get as many orders out as possible. 
• Lead by example and keep others on task. 
• Create a clean, organized work space. 
• Feel confident + comfortable respectfully addressing issues you see within the team that affect efficiency. (i.e. stopping to chat, inefficient picking habits, speed during wrapping, etc.)
• Have a solid knowledge of product (name, location, etc.) and keep up to date on any new product 

Scheduling:

• Full-Time Fulfillment Specialists are hourly employees. The work week is a maximum of 40 hours/5 days a week. To remain within the 40-hour work week, fulfillment specialists will be scheduled 38 hours. This allows for flexibility if a few extra minutes are needed to complete a task while still remaining within the 40- hour work week. 
• Shifts include a mandatory 30 minute unpaid meal break each day. Full-Time Fulfillment Specialists will be scheduled and clock in for daily shifts and all meal breaks. 
• Full-time leaders should work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month, and, at least, two evening shifts per week. 
• Shifts are shared between Manager + other Full-Time FS. 
• All warehouse employees are required to clock in/out for their shifts and from within the warehouse location. Clocking in/out outside the warehouse is not allowed and can result in termination. 
• Be on time. Employees can clock-in up to 5 minutes before a shift. Lateness affects the team and store. A trend of tardiness will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. 
• Your manager’s advance approval is needed for late arrivals, early departures, or any time away from the warehouse. Personal appointments should be scheduled on days off. 
• Employees are permitted and encouraged to take a 10 minute paid break for every 4 hours worked in a shift. 
• Employees working a shift of five or more hours must take an unpaid 30 minute meal break for which they are required to clock out upon beginning the meal break and clock back in when returning from the meal break. 
• Leaders are responsible for scheduling the employee’s meal break with every shift that exceeds 5 hours. The scheduled time must reflect the additional 30 minutes for the unpaid time.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• The Warehouse is open 7:00am-9:00pm Monday-Sunday (availability for evenings/weekends is required)
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts 
• Lift up to 40lbs
