Are you looking for a great opportunity? Our Materials Department is hiring a Inventory Associate to support the departments inventory control efforts! Working schedule: Full-time, 8:00am-4:30pm M-F.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Uses a variety of hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, knives and frequently reads a tape measure.  
  • Stocks and restocks parts daily, utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
  • Organizes and relocates part-bins to increase efficiency in the stockroom.
  • Maintains organized and fully stocked pallet rack aisles. 
  • Ensures delivery of short parts to work centers daily. 
  • Utilizes NetSuite ERP daily. 
  • Utilizes a pallet jack and/or forklift daily, following company training. 
  • Participates in cross-training within the Materials department to gain receiving and material handling knowledge.  
  • Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment. 
  • Performs other routine duties as assigned. 
  • Regular, physical attendance is required. 
  • Understands and abides by the Guiding Principles. 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 
  • Computer skills, including the use of a tablet, are required.   
  • Experience with common hand tools like a hammer, flat bar, screw gun, tape measure, and razor knife are required.  
  • Familiarity with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory control principles is preferred.  
  • Previous experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred. 
  • Previous experience driving a sit-down forklift preferred, must be willing to learn (onsite training will be provided).  
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or distribution center preferred.
