Working schedule: Full-time, 8:00am-4:30pm M-F.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Uses a variety of hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, knives and frequently reads a tape measure.
Stocks and restocks parts daily, utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
Organizes and relocates part-bins to increase efficiency in the stockroom.
Maintains organized and fully stocked pallet rack aisles.
Ensures delivery of short parts to work centers daily.
Utilizes NetSuite ERP daily.
Utilizes a pallet jack and/or forklift daily, following company training.
Participates in cross-training within the Materials department to gain receiving and material handling knowledge.
Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
Performs other routine duties as assigned.
Regular, physical attendance is required.
Understands and abides by the Guiding Principles.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Computer skills, including the use of a tablet, are required.
Experience with common hand tools like a hammer, flat bar, screw gun, tape measure, and razor knife are required.
Familiarity with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory control principles is preferred.
Previous experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred.
Previous experience driving a sit-down forklift preferred, must be willing to learn (onsite training will be provided).
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or distribution center preferred.
